LARA Assistant is a support tool, not a safety system, emergency service, or medical instrument.
provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice;
offer diagnoses or medication recommendations;
replace professional healthcare;
monitor users in real time;
detect falls, accidents, or medical conditions;
call emergency services (ambulance, fire department, police, etc.);
provide human assistance.
The status retrieved from user responses is used only to notify the caregiver.
If there is any suspicion of health risk, the caregiver must act independently.
The system does not ensure continuous monitoring or guaranteed safety.
Caregivers should maintain active oversight, especially for seniors or vulnerable individuals.
Because AWS and WhatsApp Cloud API may process data internationally, information may transit across borders, always using encrypted and secure protocols.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the Skill indicates acceptance of the latest version.
Novais AI is a project focused on developing human-centered solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and personal assistants such as Alexa. The projects are currently under development and will soon be available for beta testers.
